The problem
Cashew operates a Buy-Now-Pay-Later platform processing real-money transactions across thousands of daily users. The product needed a payment gateway with bank-grade uptime, an aggressive fraud-reduction posture against a maturing regional fraud landscape, and customer-facing surfaces that met UAE accessibility expectations across English and Arabic.

- 01Led the APS payment gateway integration end-to-end, including failure modes and retry logic
- 02Integrated the SEON fraud detection SDK at the transaction layer with a feedback loop into the rules surface
